Rules, Event Terms and Conditions, & Release of Liability
EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRYBy purchasing a ticket, registering, entering, or remaining on the event premises, you (“Attendee”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all attendees, vendors, sponsors, staff, performers, and guests.
1. AGE REQUIREMENTThis is a 21+ event.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
No refunds will be issued for failure to present valid ID.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Attendee understands and acknowledges that this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

RELEASE OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Attendee agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, promoters, property owners, sponsors, vendors, staff, affiliates, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. CONDUCT & BEHAVIORRespectful conduct is required at all times.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
5. Colors/Cuts we will not bar anyone from wearing their colors, but if there is any issues you are subject to being barred from the event and future events. This may include your whole club being banned. So, please keep the BS and Politics at home thanks.

7. WEAPONS & TEXAS PENAL CODE NOTICE🔴 FIREARMS & WEAPONS POLICYPursuant to Texas Penal Code §§30.06 and 30.07, the carrying of firearms is restricted as follows:
30.06 – Concealed Carry Prohibited
Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
30.07 – Open Carry Prohibited
Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (trespass by license holder with an openly carried handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.
👉 Proper signage will be posted at all entrances as required by Texas law.

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE & PERSONAL BELONGINGSAttendees are responsible for their personal property.
The event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any damage caused to property by an Attendee will be the financial responsibility of that Attendee.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASEBy entering the event premises, Attendee grants permission for their image, likeness, and voice to be captured via photography or video and used for promotional, marketing, and security purposes without compensation.
Unauthorized commercial photography or videography is prohibited.

13. REMOVAL & NO REFUND POLICYEvent management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations or failure to comply with event policies.
14. EVENT MODIFICATIONS & FORCE MAJEUREEvent management reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, entertainment, or services at any time.
The event may be delayed, altered, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, acts of God, or circumstances beyond control. No guarantees are made regarding programming or attendance.
15. AGREEMENT By purchasing a ticket or entering the event premises, Attendee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

- Alcohol
- Outdoor and uneven surfaces
- Weather-related hazards

RELEASE OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Attendee agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, promoters, property owners, sponsors, vendors, staff, affiliates, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. CONDUCT & BEHAVIORRespectful conduct is required at all times.

- Fighting or physical altercations
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior
- Disorderly conduct
- Failure to comply with instructions from event staff or security

6. ALCOHOL POLICY
- Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly authorized by event management.
- Attendees who appear visibly intoxicated may be refused service and/or removed.
- Attendees are solely responsible for their alcohol consumption.
- Do not drink and ride. Plan a safe ride home.

- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Drug paraphernalia
- Fireworks or explosives
- Weapons of any kind not expressly authorized
- No Glass containers
8. MOTORCYCLES & VEHICLES
- All vehicles must be operated safely at all times.
- No burnouts (Unless during the contest), racing, excessive revving, or reckless operation.
- No ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, or side-by-sides unless authorized by management.
- Follow all posted speed limits and parking instructions.
9. PROPERTY DAMAGE & PERSONAL BELONGINGSAttendees are responsible for their personal property.

- Obtain all required licenses, permits, and insurance
- Comply with Texas sales tax and local health regulations
- Not sublease or share space without written approval
12. ENTRY, RE-ENTRY & WRISTBANDS
- Wristbands and credentials must remain intact and visible.
- Re-entry is not guaranteed and may be restricted if you lose your wristband at management’s discretion.
- Tampered wristbands are invalid.
