Ink & Iron Rallies

Joker’s Tattoo & Piercing Studio has been a trusted name for more than 30 years. Joker (John McManus) grew up surrounded by motorcycles, biker culture, and the brotherhood that comes with it. His father, Johnny McManus, was one of the founders of the Brotherhood of Bikers in Mexia, Texas, and later went on to establish the N.E.W.S. MC.

With roots that deep, it’s no surprise that Joker has lived and breathed the biker lifestyle his entire life. Growing up in the late ’70s and early ’80s, he witnessed the golden era of biker rallies — the camaraderie, the grit, and the raw authenticity that defined the culture.

As newer generations of riders emerged, Joker noticed something missing. Many had only heard stories from the old-school bikers, never getting to experience what true brotherhood and the real biker way of life felt like. So he set out to bring it back.

That vision lit a fire between him and his brother in the wind, Neal Robertson. Not just another party… but a real-deal, old-school rally. The kind that brings it back to what this life was built on — steel, miles, loyalty, and stories that don’t get told twice the same way.

A place where riders roll in, kick stands down, and get back to it. No fluff. No nonsense. Just bikes, brotherhood, and the kind of nights the old-timers still talk about.

This didn’t come out of nowhere. This comes from two men who’ve been tied together since before they even knew what a throttle was — their old men rode together long before they ever threw a leg over a bike.

Neal came up the same way as John — maybe a different road here and there, but the same blood in it. Wrenches in hand, grease under the nails, and choppers that were built, not bought. When something breaks, he’s the one you call. Always has been. Always will be. Because that’s what real ones do — they keep the pack moving.

Together, they’re not just throwing an event… they’re carrying something forward. Building a place where history isn’t forgotten, skill still matters, and biker heritage lives on the way it’s supposed to.

This ain’t just a rally.
It’s a return to where it all started.
